Last night I had the honour of attending the launch party for Yogi Nora's new YouTube Channel. It was a lovely evening, cool breeze and an ocean view, on the 16th floor pool terrace of Kimpton's Epic Hotel. Rose Max & Ramatis, a Brazilian duo, added to the ambiance with their music.

The party featured food stations that were absolutely amazing.
My favorite, by far, was Organic Chef and Living Foods Artist Amanda Resto. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, this chef is now based in Miami. Her menu included her signature Sprouted Buckwheat Veggie Pizza (absolutely to die for), Sprouted Lentil Salad topped with Mango Tartare, Truffles and Macaroons, and Mango-Almond Cream Tart. Delish!
My next two favorites were Isabel Gallego's URAWK raw energy bars, and Ciccolada Organic Raw Handcrafted Chocolate by Ada Azarya (sold in Miami and New York City, she also ships).
